Strength for Service Sunday
Today we have the opportunity to thank our military troops/service personnel. Strength for Service to God and Country is a daily devotional book that is specifically written for those in the service of others. Your gift will help to send these books to the men and women overseas who protect our freedom daily. In honor of the 10th anniversary of September 11 and Strength for Service, for every $200 donated, our parish will receive 20 books to distribute locally in our communities. Place your offering in one of the envelopes sent with the bulletins or eartag your check and place with your regular offering.

The UMCOR Advance to help Joplin victims is Spring Storms 2011 #3021326. Eartag your check and place with your regular offering.
