Vacation Bible School (VBS) Barnyard Round-Up will be held at Salem on Wednesday, June 8 and Thursday, June 9 from 9:00 -11:30.  We are looking for volunteers to provide food and/or come and help with games, stories, crafts, and music.  Please let any of these ladies know if you'd like to help out:  Gina Embray, Jan Logan, Julie Mather, Debbie Short, Melissa Barnard, Jan Thomae, Diane Eckenrod.

Vinton Wesley United Methodist Church would like to invite  pastors and congregations to an open house celebrating Pastor Judith’s retirement. Please join us on Sunday, June 12th,  from 1:30-3:30 pm, in the Fireplace Room at Wesley.  If you can please place  notice of this in your church bulletins and /or newsletters and announce it to your congregations,  that would be appreciated. We hope you can join us to wish Pastor Judith well on this next phase of her life and to celebrate her ministry.  Refreshments will be served
